The Pershing County Mustangs basketball team scored 36 points and held the host Sierra Lutheran Falcons to 17 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Incline for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20.

The Falcons (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Highlanders enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Incline was defeated by Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV), 55-12, in a non-league contest.
