The Pine Creek Eagles edged the visiting Liberty Lancers ice hockey squad by a count of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Pine Creek moves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to confront the Rangers in a 5A Central bout on Friday, January 19. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Lewis-Palmer lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO)
The Lancers now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Durango for a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. Liberty will confront a Demons squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO). The Demons record now stands at 2-5.
