With the win, American upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Irvington (Fremont, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a bout on Thursday, January 18. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Irvington lost 69-62 in their recent league bout against Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA)

Next up, the Titans clash with the Newark Memorial Cougars (Newark, CA) in a bout, on Monday, January 29. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
