Hampton Christian Academy Warriors (Hampton, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks (Chesapeake, VA), 58-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hampton Christian Academy upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA) to play the Gators in a bout on Friday, January 19. The Gators come into the bout with a record of 1-4.

Next up, the Seahawks play the Norfolk Academy Bulldogs (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Atlantic Shores Christian will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 3-6 record after their 58-54 league loss to Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA).
