Bear Creek Grizzlies (Redmond, WA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA), 55-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bear Creek upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Overlake (Redmond, WA) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Owls go into the bout with a record of 5-7.

Next up, the Turks play the Eatonville Cruisers (Eatonville, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Sultan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Cruisers go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 69-59 non-league loss to Elma (Elma, WA).
