California High School Basketball - Burney ripped by Redding Christian

The Redding Christian Lions basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Burney Raiders to 17 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portola for a contest on Friday, January 26.

The Raiders (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Portola (Portola, CA). The Tigers enter the contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Portola was routed by North Valleys (Reno, NV), 58-50, in a non-league contest.
