The Somerset Academy Losee Lions basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Cheyenne Desert Shields to 49 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sierra Vista for a game on Friday, January 19.
With the defeat, Cheyenne moves to 3-7 on the year. The Desert shields host Amplus Academy (Las Vegas, NV) to face the Archers in a game on Friday, January 19. The Archers enter the game with a record of 0-8. Amplus Academy lost 58-6 in their recent league game against Clark (Las Vegas, NV)
