The Wayne Eagles basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Geneva Panthers to 42 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Kearney for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23.
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Newark (Newark, NY). The Reds enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Newark nudged Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY), 65-62, in a non-league contest.
