North Carolina High School Basketball - Manteo ripped by Northeastern

The Northeastern Eagles basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Manteo Redskins to 26 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Currituck County for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Northeastern will meet a Knights team coming off a 48-37 non-league loss to Holmes (Edenton, NC). The Knights record now stands at 6-4.
The Redskins (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Hertford County triumphed over Camden County (Camden, NC), 57-31, in a non-league contest.
