In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Apple Valley Sun Devils basketball team scored a good 73-60 triumph over the Burroughs Burros.
The Sun Devils (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Sultana (Hesperia, CA). The Sultans enter the Mojave River battle with a 4-16 record. In their last battle, Sultana was outscored by Hesperia (Hesperia, CA), 86-46, in a league battle.
The Burros now own a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Serrano for a Mojave River battle on Tuesday, January 21. Burroughs will meet a Diamondbacks squad coming off a 83-46 league loss to Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA). The Diamondbacks record now stands at 9-7.
