In Thursday's non-league test, the Asotin Panthers (Asotin, WA) basketball squad defeated the host Genesis Prep Academy Jaguars (Post Falls, ID), by a score of 59-41.
Next, the Panthers clash with the Upper Columbia Academy Lions (Spangle, WA) in a 2B Bi-County test, on Friday, January 17. Asotin will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 4-6 record after their 70-27 league loss to Colfax (Colfax, WA).
The Jaguars (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Kellogg (Kellogg, ID). The Wildcats come into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Kellogg overcame Wallace (Wallace, ID), 55-34, in a non-league test.
