The Baraga Vikings basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Ontonagon Gladiators to 51 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wakefield for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Baraga will play a Cardinals team coming off a 83-68 non-league win over L'Anse (L'Anse, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Ontonagon falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Johnston (Bessemer, MI) to play the Speedboys in a non-league game on Monday, January 20. The Speedboys go into the game with a record of 4-5. Johnston won 58-31 in their recent non-league game against Lake Linden-Hubbell (Lake Linden, MI)
