In Thursday's league contest, the host James Buchanan Rockets basketball team scored a good 63-53 triumph over the Big Spring Bulldogs.
The Rockets (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Susquehanna Township (Harrisburg, PA). The HANNA go into the Mid-Penn - Capital contest with a 6-7 record.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Annville-Cleona Dutchmen (Annville, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Big Spring will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Dutchmen go into the contest with a 7-5 record after their 50-36 league loss to Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA).
