Virginia High School Basketball - Culpeper County routs Brentsville District

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Culpeper County Blue Devils basketball team scored a big 69-43 win over the Brentsville District Tigers.
The Blue Devils (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Caroline (Milford, VA). The Cavaliers come into the Battlefield contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Caroline smashed Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA), 71-69, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Fauquier Falcons (Warrenton, VA) in a Northwestern contest, on Friday, January 17. Brentsville District will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 76-68 league loss to Skyline (Front Royal, VA).
