The Butler Bears basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Jeffersontown Chargers to 66 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bears now have a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to DeSales for a District 22 game on Friday, January 24. Butler will confront a Colts team coming off a 255-0 non-league loss to Atherton (Louisville, KY). The Colts record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Jeffersontown falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Christian Academy (New Albany, IN) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 8-4. Christian Academy lost 66-41 in their recent non-league game against Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN)
