In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Clarke County Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 56-48 triumph over the Washington County Bulldogs.
The Bulldogs (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Chickasaw (Chickasaw, AL). The Chieftains go into the 2A Area 1 contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Chickasaw topped Bayshore Christian (Fairhope, AL), 56-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Chickasaw Chieftains (Chickasaw, AL) in a 2A Area 1 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Washington County will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Chieftains go into the contest with a 7-10 record after their 64-59 league loss to Clarke County (Grove Hill, AL).
