Michigan High School Basketball - Forest Park routs West Iron County

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Forest Park Trojans basketball team scored a big 78-40 triumph over the West Iron County Wykons.
The Trojans (11-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Dickinson (Felch, MI). The Nordics go into the Central Upper Peninsula contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, North Dickinson was trounced by Norway (Norway, MI), 53-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wykons battle the Gwinn Modeltowners (Gwinn, MI) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 20. West Iron County will attempt to better on its 0-11 season record. The Modeltowners go into the contest with a 3-8 record after their 63-47 league loss to Ishpeming (Ishpeming, MI).
