In Thursday's league contest, the host Frankfort Wildcats basketball team scored a big 71-32 triumph over the Valley Heights Mustangs.

The Wildcats (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Washington County (Washington, KS). The Tigers go into the Twin Valley contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Washington County was trounced by Valley Heights (Blue Rapids, KS), 60-51, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Linn Bulldogs (Linn, KS) in a Twin Valley contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Valley Heights will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 59-36 league loss to Hanover (Hanover, KS).
