In Thursday's league contest, the host Pascack Hills Broncos basketball team scored a close 48-41 triumph over the Westwood Cardinals.
The Broncos (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against River Dell (Oradell, NJ). The Golden Hawks go into the Big North - Patriot contest with a 4-6 record.
In their next game, the Cardinals confront the Fort Lee Bridgemen (Fort Lee, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Westwood will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Bridgemen go into the contest with a 6-7 record after their 69-39 non-league loss to Tenafly (Tenafly, NJ).
