In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Pioneer Charter School of Science Panthers basketball team scored a close 55-49 win over the Salem Academy Charter Navigator.
The Panthers (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Community Charter School of Cambridge (Cambridge, MA). The Cougars come into the Freelance contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Community Charter School of Cambridge edged Norfolk County Agricultural (Walpole, MA), 102-63, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Navigator battle the Excel Academy Charter Wolves (East Boston, MA) in a Freelance contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Salem Academy Charter will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Wolves come into the contest with a 4-8 record after their 57-51 league win over Pioneer Charter School of Science II (Saugus, MA).
