The Smith Valley Bulldogs basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Virginia City Muckers to 44 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Coleville for a 1A West game on Tuesday, January 21. Smith Valley will play a Wolves team coming off a 73-39 league loss to Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV). The Wolves record now stands at 4-10.

With the loss, Virginia City falls to 13-1 on the campaign. The Muckers travel to Excel Christian (Sparks, NV) to play the Warriors in a 1A West game on Tuesday, January 21. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 2-10. Excel Christian lost 37-34 in their recent league game against Coleville (Coleville, CA)
