Delaware High School Basketball - Wilmington Friends knocks off Tower Hill

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Wilmington Friends Quakers basketball team scored a good 38-24 win over the Tower Hill Hillers.
The Quakers (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sanford (Hockessin, DE). The Warriors come into the Independent Schools contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Sanford defeated William Penn (New Castle, DE), 67-65, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hillers battle the St. Andrew's Cardinals (Middletown, DE) in a Independent Schools contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Tower Hill will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record.
