The Grace Christian Warriors basketball team scored 29 points and limited the host Cornerstone Christian Cougars to 9 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.
The Warriors now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Mt. Carmel Christian Academy for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Grace Christian will confront a Warriors team coming off a 45-11 non-league loss to Ridgeview Christian (Stuarts Draft, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-8.
With the loss, Cornerstone Christian falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Appalachian Christian School (Waynesboro, VA) to confront the Trailblazers in a game on Friday, January 24. The Trailblazers go into the game with a record of 1-8.
