The Longmeadow Lancers basketball team scored 40 points and limited the visiting Sabis International Bulldogs to 35 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lancers now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Amherst-Pelham Regional for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Longmeadow will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 63-47 non-league loss to Holyoke (Holyoke, MA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Sabis International falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Central (Springfield, MA) to confront the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-2.
