The Augusta Red Devils basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Nemo Vista Red Hawks to 47 in the Red Devils league triumph on Thursday.

The Red Devils now have a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sacred Heart for a 1A Region 5 game on Friday, January 17. Augusta will confront a Rebels team coming off a 49-48 league win over Bradford (Bradford, AR). The Rebels record now stands at 17-5.

With the loss, Nemo Vista falls to 7-16 on the campaign. The Red hawks travel to Wonderview (Hattieville, AR) to confront the Daredevils in a 1A Region 5 game on Friday, January 17. The Daredevils go into the game with a record of 15-6. Wonderview won 63-27 in their recent league game against Guy-Perkins (Guy, AR)
