The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) and the visiting Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE), observed Polytech's basketball team edge Cape Henlopen by a margin of 42-38.

The Panthers (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Salisbury (Salisbury, MD). The Dragons come into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Salisbury was tipped by The Gunston School (Centreville, MD), 55-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Caesar Rodney Riders (Camden, DE) in a Henlopen - Northern challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Cape Henlopen will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record.
