The Cascade Christian Challengers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Rogue River Chieftains to 15 in the Challengers league triumph on Thursday.

The Challengers now have a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Henley for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Cascade Christian will confront a Hornets team coming off a 62-30 league win over Hidden Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Hornets record now stands at 16-2.

With the loss, Rogue River falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Douglas (Winston, OR) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 1-14. Douglas lost 55-6 in their recent league game against Coquille (Coquille, OR)
