The Eastview Lightning basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Farmington Tigers to 39 in the Lightning league triumph on Thursday.

The Lightning now possess a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Eagan for a AAAA Section 3 game on Friday, January 24. Eastview will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 47-43 non-league loss to Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Farmington falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Mayo (Rochester, MN) to confront the Spartans in a AAAA Section 1 game on Thursday, January 23. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 13-4.
