The New London-Spicer Wildcats basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Eden Valley-Watkins Eagles to 32 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 16-0 record. They play next when they travel to Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg for a AA Section 3 game on Monday, January 20. New London-Spicer will confront a Fighting Saints team coming off a 60-53 non-league win over Minneota (Minneota, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 17-0.

With the loss, Eden Valley-Watkins falls to 3-15 on the campaign. The Eagles host Osakis (Osakis, MN) to confront the Silverstreaks in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Silverstreaks go into the game with a record of 7-4. Osakis won 71-32 in their recent non-league game against Browerville (Browerville, MN)
