Georgia High School Basketball - Pinecrest Academy overwhelms Johnson Ferry Christian Academy

The Pinecrest Academy Paladins basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Saints to 21 in the Paladins league triumph on Thursday.
The Paladins now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cherokee Christian for a GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 game on Friday, January 17. Pinecrest Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Harvester Christian Academy (Douglasville, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Johnson Ferry Christian Academy falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Saints travel to King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 5-4.
