The McCann Tech Hornets basketball squad (North Adams, MA), was crushed 68-27 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Springfield Renaissance (Springfield, MA)

With the victory, Springfield Renaissance advances its record to 11-0 on the year. The host Taunton (Taunton, MA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 18. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 0-1.

The Hornets now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pathfinder RVT for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21.
