With the victory, Sharpsville upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Reynolds (Greenville, PA) to face the Raiders in a District 10 Region 1 match on Thursday, January 23. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 2-8. Reynolds lost 68-40 in their recent non-league match against Cochranton (Cochranton, PA)

The Mustangs now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jamestown for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 22. Mercer will face a Muskies squad coming off a 61-42 non-league loss to Hickory (Hermitage, PA). The Muskies record now stands at 1-12.
