The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS) and the host Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs (Jackson, MS), saw Stringer's basketball team top Mississippi School for the Deaf by a tally of 43-35.
The Red Devils now possess a 4-14 record. They play next when they host Taylorsville for a 1A Region 7 game on Tuesday, January 21.
With the loss, Mississippi School for the Deaf falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Louisiana School for the Deaf (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the War Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The War Eagles go into the game with a record of 3-12.
