The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pisgah Eagles (Pisgah, AL) and the visiting Section Lions (Section, AL), observed Pisgah's basketball team overwhelm Section by a score of 76-50.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL). The Bison come into the non-league challenge with a 15-8 record. In their last challenge, North Sand Mountain trounced North Jackson (Stevenson, AL), 61-37, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Section will attempt to improve on its 8-13 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 55-40 non-league loss to St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL).
