The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Superior Bobcats (Superior, MT) and the visiting Plains Horsemen (Plains, MT), observed Superior's basketball team overwhelm Plains by a margin of 53-28.

The Bobcats (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Troy (Troy, MT). The Trojans come into the B District 7 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Troy was trounced by St. Regis (St. Regis, MT), 64-48, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Horsemen battle the Thompson Falls Blue Hawks (Thompson Falls, MT) in a B District 7 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Plains will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Blue Hawks come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 45-38 non-league win over Charlo (Charlo, MT).
