Virginia High School Basketball - Tunstall tipped by Rustburg

The Rustburg Red Devils nipped the host Tunstall Trojans basketball squad by a final score of 34-27 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next, the Red Devils clash with the Liberty Minutemen (Bedford, VA) in a Seminole outing, on Friday, January 17. Rustburg will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Minutemen enter the outing with a 10-0 record after their 62-42 league win over Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA).

The Trojans (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against George Washington (Danville, VA). The Eagles enter the Piedmont outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, George Washington was nipped by Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA), 67-44, in a league outing.
