Nevada High School Basketball - Carson overwhelms McQueen

The Carson Senators basketball team scored 35 points and limited the visiting McQueen Lancers to 13 in the Senators league triumph on Thursday.

The Senators now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they host North Valleys for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Carson will play a Panthers team coming off a 43-29 non-league loss to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 4-12.

With the loss, McQueen falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Lancers host Reed (Sparks, NV) to play the Raiders in a game on Monday, January 20. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 1-10. Reed lost 38-21 in their recent league game against Douglas (Minden, NV)
