In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Adams City Eagles basketball squad scored a tight 49-48 victory over the Skyview Wolverines.
With the victory, Adams City advances its record to 4-7 on the year. The Eagles host Pomona (Arvada, CO) to meet the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, January 17. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 2-1.
The Wolverines now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to William Smith for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. Skyview will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 55-2 league loss to Golden View Classical Academy (Golden, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
