Virginia High School Basketball - Timberlake Christian holds off Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association

The Timberlake Christian Tornadoes basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association Patriots to 37 in the Tornadoes non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tornadoes now have a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Westover Christian Academy for a game on Tuesday, January 21. Timberlake Christian will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 65-47 non-league loss to Lynchburg HomeSchool (Lynchburg, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-10.
With the loss, Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Patriots host Harrisonburg HomeSchool (Harrisonburg, VA) to confront the Lightning in a game on Saturday, January 18. The Lightning go into the game with a record of 4-2. Harrisonburg HomeSchool lost 72-44 in their recent non-league game against Springdale Prep (New Windsor, MD)
