The West Point Pointers basketball team scored 39 points and limited the visiting King & Queen Central Royal Tigers to 17 in the Pointers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Pointers now have a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Maggie Walker for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. West Point will confront a team coming off a 57-26 non-league loss to Goochland (Goochland, VA). The record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, King & Queen Central falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Royal tigers travel to Charles City (Charles City, VA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 4-8. Charles City won 29-25 in their recent non-league game against Mathews (Mathews, VA)
