With the victory, River Valley advances its record to 7-8 on the year. The Falcons host Placer (Auburn, CA) to meet the Hillmen in a match on Wednesday, January 29. The Hillmen enter the match with a record of 10-9.

The Honkers now own a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Del Campo for a match on Tuesday, January 21. Yuba City will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 93-30 league loss to Roseville (Roseville, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-14.
