The Deering Rams basketball team (Portland, ME), was routed 66-28 in Monday's league battle with the host Lewiston Blue Devils (Lewiston, ME)
The Blue Devils now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oxford Hills for a AA North battle on Wednesday, January 19. Lewiston will battle a Vikings team coming off a 61-27 league win over Portland (Portland, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 12-2.
The Rams (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against South Portland (South Portland, ME). The Red Riots come into the non-league battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, South Portland trounced Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME), 43-32, in a league battle.
