Illinois High School Basketball - Illinois Valley Central nudges Pontiac

In Monday's league outing, the Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL), by a count of 57-53.

The Grey Ghosts (10-12) will now prepare for their outing against Rantoul (Rantoul, IL). The Eagles go into the Illini Prairie outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Rantoul was tipped by Urbana (Urbana, IL), 38-35, in a non-league outing.
