Ohio High School Basketball - Briggs ripped by Africentric Early College

The Africentric Early College Nubians basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Briggs Bruins to 42 in the Nubians league triumph on Tuesday.
The Nubians now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walnut Ridge for a Columbus City - South contest on Friday, January 20. Africentric Early College will battle a Scots team coming off a 61-51 league loss to Independence (Columbus, OH). The Scots record now stands at 5-9.
The Bruins (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Columbus, OH). The 76ers enter the Columbus City - South contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Independence triumphed over Walnut Ridge (Columbus, OH), 61-51, in a league contest.
