With the victory, Pine improves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Sumner (Kentwood, LA) to confront the Cowboys in a 3A District 7 challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Sumner won 83-59 in their recent league challenge against Bogalusa (Bogalusa, LA)

Next up, the Hornets confront the Brusly Panthers (Brusly, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 23. Albany will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record.
