The Prairie Lea Indians (Prairie Lea, TX) basketball nipped the host Austwell-Tivoli Redfish (Tivoli, TX), 74-67 in Tuesday's league test.
The Indians (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Waelder (Waelder, TX). The Wildcats go into the 1A Region IV District 30 test with a 17-8 record. In their last test, Waelder got by Runge (Runge, TX), 73-30, in a league test.
The Redfish now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Nordheim for a 1A Region IV District 30 test on Friday, January 20.
