North Carolina High School Basketball - Carver can't hold off Bethany

The Bethany Wolves basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Carver Yellowjackets to 47 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolves now sport a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Triad Math and Science Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Bethany will battle a Tigers team coming off a 48-33 non-league win over Millers Creek Christian (Millers Creek, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 4-10.
The Yellowjackets (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Falcons enter the 1A Conference 32 contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Leadership Academy nudged Millennium (Mount Airy, NC), 59-38, in a league contest.
