Iowa High School Basketball - Bishop Heelan Catholic can't hold off Sioux City East

The Sioux City East Black Raiders basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders to 60 in the Black Raiders league triumph on Tuesday.
The Black Raiders now sport a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a Missouri River contest on Friday, January 20. Sioux City East will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 75-58 league loss to Sioux City West (Sioux City, IA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-12.
The Crusaders (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Sioux City North (Sioux City, IA). The Stars enter the Missouri River contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Sioux City North was nudged by Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA), 69-55, in a league contest.
