Florida High School Basketball - Franklin County over Blountstown

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Franklin County Seahawks (Eastpoint, FL) and the visiting Blountstown Tigers (Blountstown, FL), saw Franklin County's basketball squad beat Blountstown by a margin of 69-53.

The Seahawks (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Bozeman (Panama City, FL). The Bucks go into the non-league test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Bozeman was beaten by Arnold (Panama City Beach, FL), 59-50, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Sneads for a 1A District 3 test on Thursday, January 19. Blountstown will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 65-46 league win over Liberty County (Bristol, FL). The Pirates record now stands at 13-5.
