With the victory, MOC-Floyd Valley improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Dutchmen host West Lyon (Inwood, IA) to play the Wildcats in a Siouxland challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 5-2.

Next up, the Comets play the Sioux Center Warriors (Sioux Center, IA) in a Siouxland challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Boyden-Hull will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 65-51 league win over George-Little Rock (George, IA).
